3. Create an empty cache directory in data directory path and fill the path in "Advance Options" in manual. 4. Default username/password is admin/admin.(Default user 'admin' isn't created by default since 1.9.18, script asks explicitly to create admin user)
5. Add webcal_user_pref insert in sql for language
6. Disabled the script on ampps because the script throws an error on adding anything(event,categories etc in manual as well)
